Gathering with a community of others with like-minded interests is such a gift. 

I offer a variety of workshops that can be set up for small groups with relative ease throughout the year in Chicago, Illinois.  Larger groups and locations outside of Chicago can gladly be arranged.

Introduction To NeuroMindfulness Workshop

Do you live your life using The Authentic Human Being Manual 101 for Optimal Living?  

Overview:   Did you know you are innately wired to respond to you life in a way that is always optimal for your emotional, mental and physical wellness know matter what life is presenting you. 

In this Introduction Workshop you will learn about this innate wiring and an inner wisdom that is within you to support you to live your best life each and every moment.
 
You will see how this knowledge can support you to let go and rewire actions and thoughts patterns that are not serving you well along with how you can begin to respond to your life in a way that is supportive for you to live your best life.

Note:  This workshop is highly recommended before signing up for certain classes. 

Duration:  3.5 Hour Workshop

Overview:  With the knowledge you gain in the Introduction Workshop you will be building a strong foundation for how you want to show up to your life. 

 In a safe, supportive environment you will be given the opportunity to rewire/let go of actions and thought patterns that are not serving you well and wire a way of being that will support you to be your happiest healthiest self.

Overview:  I will present a specific topic and through self-discovery questions you will ask yourself you will uncover if your wiring around this topic supports your wellness or not.

Many times we have these old wiring's that no longer serve us and we don't even realize they are there. In many cases they can be an underlying current that is causing havoc in our lives.

Through a meditation practice you will be given the opportunity to step into that space of having a wider perspective which is not based on your past experiences so you can begin to wire a program that serve you well.
 
Duration:  1.5 hour class

Neuro-Mindfulness on the Go Workshop

Did you know you can be a mindful person without taking any time away from your regular day?

Discover how to achieve a mindful mindset while on the go!


Overview:  
These classes show you how you can be a mindful person without adding one more thing to your day. You will learn how to live your life through the lens of mindfulness.

If you are not mindful it can be a struggle, an uphill climb to make the changes you want in your life.

Mindfulness is state of being that allows you to become more responsive and less reactive to life.  As then it is easier for you to make healthy choices and change

Duration: 1.5 hour session

Target Group Size:  6+

Prerequisites:  Introduction Workshop highly recommended

Overview:  ​Within a group forum we will read a passage and/or a quote which will then lead into a collective discussion. 

You will then be given the opportunity to become curious on how this quote could support your wellness and how it can support the wellness of the world we live in

Duration:  1.5 hours

Target Group Size: 6+

Heart Power Workshop 

Did you know your heart is much more powerful than your mind (if you know how to use it the way it was designed to be used)?

Overview:

​You will learn the power behind core heart feelings and how they can support your health and well-being. 

These classes will guide you through specific techniques and extraordinary musical scores so you can learn
how to use these core feelings to support yourself in day to day living.

We will then finish with a relaxation practice

Duration: 1.5 hour

Target Class Size: 6+
