Inner Fitness Sessions

My Inner Fitness Private Sessions are customized to support the individual needs of each client. 

Come and discover what I refer to as the Authentic Human Being Manual 101, which are the tools and techniques you can use in daily life to awaken your greatest potential!

The goal of my Private Session is to support the unfolding of your innate wisdom, which often sits latent awaiting activation.  Your innate wisdom is the interconnection of your brain, heart and body and, once activated, it naturally guides you throughout your day to achieve optimal living.

Learn Mindfulness techniques as I teach them because there will always be waves in your life, but you can learn how to surf those waves with greater ease!

Session Options

Individual Sessions
$135 per session, 1 to 1.5 hours

Individual sessions are designed to provide support for a specific aspect of life that is causing dis-ease.

The goal of an individual session is to increase your awareness of the tools and techniques you can practice in daily life and move from dis-ease to ease.


Inner Fitness - Three Month Program
$675 for Six 1 to 1.5 hours sessions in Three Months
With e-mail support in-between sessions.

The Three Month Inner Fitness Program is designed to support individuals looking to make foundational change, to awaken their full potential and to live optimally.

Over the course of these six sessions, I will support you as you dive deep into what is causing you stress and anxiety guiding you with techniques that you can apply in daily life to shift your unhealthy patterns and programs and prepare a foundation for how you want to respond to your world each and everyday and achieve optimal living.

Do you meet in person with clients?

While I do work virtually with clients via Skype, Zoom or phone, I offer in-person consultations from my office in Schaumburg located at IdealAccessMd, Dr. Fatima Hyder, 14 W. Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg, IL 60194.

Why A Private Versus Group Session?

You can make great changes in group settings to begin to respond to your world in a healthier way, but when there is something that has been weighing you down heavily and controlling your life, then a private session is the way to go. 

Through guided self-discovery questions into the intelligences of the heart/brain and body in a quiet safe space of non-judgement, you will be able to unstagnate those things that are not serving you well and replace them with the foundational structure that you are designing through my method to Inner Fitness.

What is NeuroMindfulness™?

I coined the term NeuroMindfulness as a way of expressing the connection between your heart, brain and body.  Neuro simply refers to what is already wired into your brain healthy and unhealthy patterns and programs.  I teach a type of mindfulness modality that guides you to replace those reactive unhealthy emotions, thought and action patterns that are hardwired in your brain with responses that will always be for your healthiest emotional wellness.
