I invite you to gather with me each week to experience NeuroMindfulness™ tools that you can incorporate into daily life to achieve optimal living.
In a peaceful setting, you will learn how to develop and sustain a mindfulness practice that helps to reduce anxiety and stress. In today's face paced world, we often accept a certain level of stress in our life. But, we are not designed to struggle. The natural state of our body is harmony and I will introduce tools and practices you can use to support your brain’s ability to help the body return to its natural state of balance. Come and discover how you are innately wired to process each and every moment of your day to achieve optimal living! Achieving optimal living no matter what life presents you is an essential skill. There will always be waves in your life. Learn to surf those waves with greater ease! Since space is limited, advance registration is appreciated for these weekly meditations.
